Terms and conditions

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules of service, liability and conduct at the Kolna Sopot aparthotel at ul. Kolna 29 in Sopot, operated by AVERENT SP. Z O.O. Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Check-in and check-out

The stay begins at 3 pm and ends at 11 am the following day. Requests to extend should be made in advance – we accommodate them subject to apartment availability.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings can be made through the reservation system on this website or by e-mail. Payment and cancellation terms depend on the selected rate and are always stated in the booking confirmation.

4. Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please keep noise down in the common areas, on the terrace and on the balconies.

5. Guest liability

Guests are financially liable for damage caused by them or by their visitors. Please report any faults as soon as you notice them.

6. Pets

Pets are welcome when announced in advance. A one-off cleaning fee applies. Pets are not allowed in the fitness zone.

7. No smoking

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the property. Breaching this rule incurs an apartment disinfection fee.

8. Fitness zone and terrace

The fitness zone is available to guests aged 16 and over. The panoramic terrace is open until 10 pm. Please use both spaces as intended and with respect for other guests.

9. Left items

Items left in an apartment are kept for 30 days. On request we will send them to an address you provide, at the recipient’s cost.

10. Complaints

Please submit complaints via the contact form on this website. We respond within 14 days.
