How we process personal data and use cookies.
1. Data controller

2. Scope and purpose of processing
We process the data provided in the contact form and during booking: name, e-mail address, phone number, details required to issue an invoice, and stay details. We use this data to:
- answer your enquiry (basis: legitimate interest),
- conclude and perform the accommodation contract,
- meet tax and accounting obligations,
- pursue or defend against claims.
3. Retention period
Booking-related data is retained for the period required by tax law, that is 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose. Correspondence unrelated to a booking is deleted after 12 months.
4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with entities that support our operations: the reservation system provider (Previo s.r.o.), the payment operator, our accounting office and our hosting provider. Each of them acts under a data processing agreement.
5. Reservation system embedded on this site
The booking page embeds the Previo reservation form in a frame. Once you use it, the data entered goes directly to Previo s.r.o. and is also subject to that provider’s privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies necessary for its correct operation and – subject to your consent – analytical cookies. You can change cookie settings in your browser at any time.
8. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. The date of the latest update is always shown at the bottom of the document.
